Java class graph precedence error

Hello,
I get  an "Java class precedence graph inconsistent"
when I try to use a class from a Java-thirdparty library in SISC (1.16.6)
with (java-class 'proprietary-third-party-class).
This looks at fst sight similiar to bug #764252 from the bug tracker. 
That entry
has the status "closed" and resolution "fixed".

Any ideas how I should proceed to remedy the situation?
