API (Important!):
  - Context/Prim/ComponentDescripion changes:
      - sfResolveId(id): does not exists any more. It has
        to be replaced with sfResoveHere(id,false)
      - sfResolveHere(id) changes its semantics and thows
        sfResolutionException when id is not found. It can
        be replaced by sfResolveHere(id, false) so that it
        does not throw exception and returns null when id not
        found.It will probably need to be surrounded with
        a try/catch.

  - Bug fixes
  - Add: sfResolveHelper methods in ComponentDescription and Prim
  - Add: Unbind rootProcess compound from registry during termination
  - Fix: Race condition during deployment of a new subprocess
