function descriptions missing in Manual

Hello,

in the SmartFrog Manual I'm using (for version 3.04, from Nov. 2004) there 
are no descriptions for the functions "Ref" and "LazyConcat". I find these 
functions quite useful. It's difficult finding out about these functions 
without browsing the SF source tree... I encourage you to include them in 
in the upcoming manual.
