www, jetty and tomcat are no longer build in components/build.xml

this is just a warning that I've stopped building the www, jetty and 
tomcat stuff when you ask for all components to be built, pending some 
gump-related fixes. I will decouple the stuff afterwards so that these 
compoents are independent in the gump build.

This should reduce the number of gump mails, or at least change them to 
be more specific about what is not building.
