SmartFrog Self Installer Component

Hello,

We have added a component that installs SmartFrog in multiple 
nodes(Windows/Linux) and also starts the Daemon provided they have 
FTP/SCP and SSH/Telnet facilities. After the installation is over and 
the Daemon is started it sends a notification to the administrator 
through an email. It uses the available SmartFrog components FTP, SCP , 
Telnet, SSH and Emailer.
