The CDDLM build targets, even <clean> dont work property from components/build.xml as a delegate, except on steve's systems, with an error that core.init-core was not found.

This could be an ant version problem, except that Julio is also running ant1.7 alpha, and he sees it. It certainly looks like a quirk of override logic or something.
