Code Repository - migration to SVN

Hi everyone,

We are planning to migrate from CVS to SVN during the weekend.

All committers should make sure that all their changes are in CVS by
Friday 29th Sep 2006, 16:00 BST.

Once the migration is successfully completed I will send a message with
the instructions to access our new SVN repository.
