Hello,

I propose to add two features to the sfManagementConsole:

1. Whenever "Refresh" is hit the component tree is reset to its initial 
state. Having a deep tree I'd like to watch for the evolution of some 
attribute deep down the tree, but every time I hit "Refresh" I have to 
unfold the tree again which is annoying. It would be nice to have the 
tree structure preserved after "Refresh" - at least in the case where 
the component hierarchy stays the same (no new or terminated components 
between refreshs).

2. Related to 1. it would be nice to have the possibility of automatic 
refreshed where the user can also choose the frequency.
