when you want to debug something, you want to run a single test case. This means we need an easy way to run either a single test case (hard), or a single test package/component (easier).

this can be done by editing deployment descriptors, but I want to do it by setting a system property, so on under the debugger I can switch to a component by name.

Proposal

-TestRunner adds an optional runSingleTestPackage property, type String
-if set, it only runs the target with that properties name. 
-if there is no match: run nothing (with an info message of no match).
