This is a major undertaking. 

Add an Atom test listener that (somehow) displays results as an atom feed
-use the description to provide commentary
-use the tags to categories
-use the links to link
-output marked up XHTML for ease of viewing
-serve everything up using Rome, or publish to a static site.
-create summary feeds, such as errors/ which would only serve up errors
-post trackbacks to listed trackback sites

This would be the next iteration of the test results, and very leading edge. The first step would be to determine realistic requirements.
