Ant 1.7 required to build

For anyone planning to build SmartFrog you now officially need Ant 1.7, 
from http://ant.apache.org

We dont have any Ant1.7 specific tasks yet, but the improved behaviour 
of <import> is enough to force us to move to it. Its been out a couple 
of months; seems stable in the field and you can switch all the main 
IDEs over to using it by installing your own copy and pointing the IDE 
at it. the only troublespot with ant1.7 that is mildly serious is that 
it doesnt work properly with jsch 1.3.0; you need to stick with the 
older version for SSH support.

Please complain to me if things don't build...
