instability in testharness for a couple of days

I'm making changes in the testharness, testblock and testcompound 
classes; expect some turbulence there. We wont get cruise control 
complaints as it is down and I couldnt get it restarted -when Geoff 
comes back next week he should have better luck.

This is what I am doing: http://jira.smartfrog.org/jira/browse/SFOS-267

-modifying the test containers to send lifecycle and test status 
notifications to any registered listener, and extending the testharness 
to allow it to wait for the results. This should remove some of the 
brittleness to timings in the workflow system, and let us run more 
complex test sequences.
