Upgrade to JavaCC 4.0

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I updated JavaCC from version 3.2 to version 4.0.

This change will only affect those of you checking out updates directly from SVN; if this is your case you will need to remove the .java files that JavaCC creates in the directory:
/src/org/smartfrog/sfcore/languages/sf/. Once you have removed those files the new JavaCC will recreate a new version and everything should work as before.

This change should be transparent for everybody else.
