Problem in the build.xml (enabling security)

Hello all.

    I am working with SmartFrog.3.02.000.alpha. In the UserManual has 
the information that SFHOME = INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY/dist. In the 
section 6.Enabling Security (6.1.2) has the information that "ant 
initCA" has to be ran in the SFHOME directory. I do not agree since the 
property dist.private.dir is setted in the file 
.../SmartFrog.3.02.000.alpha/build.xml (it is not on SFHOME). If the 
user run "ant initCA" in SFHOME, the build.xml on that directory it is 
not already setted with all properties, and the following error occurs:
