Hi Sanjay,

I normally open port 3800, but if that isn't enough, then I'll have to 
escalate the answer to someone who knows more about it than me. Julio? 
Any ideas?

I do know that on windows, netstat -a -b lists all open ports with the 
program using it, which is good for tracking down this kind of thing
