sfManagementConsole

Hi,

I have 2 suggestions for the sfManagementConsole which would make its 
use more convenient:

1. Having a deeper hierarchy of components you can see the tree on the 
left panel. However if you click "Refresh" you are presented again with 
the initial state, i.e. you have to unfold the whole tree again to get 
to the original view. It would be nice to have the view preserved after 
  refreshs. The right panel showing the attributes should also show the 
same component after refresh (but of course with the attributes' values 
updated).

2. It would be nice to have the option for an automated refresh where 
the user can set the frequency.
