updated workflow documents

hello,

I have been busy updating all the documents for the workflow components, 
in sync with the tests that are going in alongside them.

Please could people using the workflow or conditional components have a 
look at the latest version:

and provide me with any feedback they think it needs, or add the 
comments to SF-OS-79:

Its not complete, but it should be better than what existed before...I'm 
targeting the next 3.11.00 for the complete tests and copy.
