I know the problem. We have ivy set up to not look for the sourceforge 
hosted repository for smartfrog files, as we don't want to mix stuff 
from there with the stuff that gets built locally (this avoids 
versioning problems and makes local builds faster)

You have two options
1. go two  levels up and do a build from core ("ant published" will do) 
;  will take a while but build everything.
2. edit the file core/antbuild/ivy/ivysettings.xml and uncomment the 
section that says "uncomment to pull in remote SF references"
