Hi Bithika,

We do have SmartFrog components (called "Anubis") that would allow a
distributed election protocol to be easily programmed, as well as
facilitating various other reliability patterns. However, these
components are currently HP-internal and not yet in open source. We do
plan to release them under the same licence as SmartFrog, but there is
no timeline for doing this yet.

Regards,

Peter

Is there a working implementation of the Distribution Election Protocol
for fault tolerance in SmartFrog?

Bithika
