RE: [Java Spec Report] JLS 3 draft, new java spec report site open

Cool.  I had a request to keep the old Spec Report online, which I guess
makes sense given the way internet publishing works, hence it's still
available at:

http://www.ergnosis.com/java-spec-report

although I've made it clear that it is no longer maintained and only
applies to the JLS 2nd Ed.
