while we are in the business of restructuring from spice-lib to spice,
how about renaming nativelib component to native (lib seems a bit 
redundant, unless there is something I'm missing - also it's the only
component with lib suffix in name)?

I'll setup the new cvs structure sometime in the next day or so.
I'll tag the pre-move spice-lib cvs module with PREMOVE_<date> tag
(sorry no originality:-), so that if anything gets left out can be 
merged later.
