RMIInitialContextFactory

How about a RMIInitialContextFactory which establishes a new RMIRegistry 
or RMINamingProviderImpl on demand to localhost when first new 
InitialContext call comes. This way I would not have to worry about 
setting up an external naming provider prior to starting my app.
