CVS repository restructed

Hi,

CVS has been restructed as previously discussed:

spice/apps
spice/components
spice/sandbox
spice/site
spice/tools


components contains almost all of what was in spice-lib module, with the 
exception of site and tools which are at top level.
spice-lib has been tagged with 'PREMOVE'.
Please make sure that any changes made after that tag are also checked 
into spice module.

I've left all the maven and build scripts in spice/components dir.
Thought it may be best to keep apps, components and sandbox as
separate sub-projects, which may or may extends other maven scripts.

nativelib has been renamed nativekit.
