Wont fix as it is not possible to decouple from SAX API without loosing functionality (essentially the ability to stream SAX streams).

Description:
Currently the ConfigKit validation API allows a user to pass in ErrorHandler to receive errors during passing. This should be deprecated/removed in favour of the approach that returns a list of errors
