Both the initial page and all the components' docs now share the
same navigation pane. 

Added some intro text - with a couple of link, in particular to 
picocontainer.  

I still haven't added references to jcomponent.org.
Will do when we start migrating to the new package name.
But all links are now relative (with exception of download link)
so there are no problems in using a cloaked URL. 

I've tried to deploy with top-level goal but seems not working.
Is there a one-touch comand to deploy new site?
