Aside from the separation of spice and jcomponent, 
I would like to see both components and sandbox. 

Two menu options: 
1) 
- components 
  - spice
     - ... 
  - jcomponent
     - ...

- sandbox 
  - spice
     - ... 
  - jcomponent
     - ...

2) 
- spice
  - components
     - ..
  - sandbox
     - .. 
- jcomponent
  - components 
     - ..
  - sandbox
     - ..


I would tend to favour 2).  

Also, I'd move build-sites.sh to top-level and enhance it a bit
to accept args such as
./build-sites.sh [all | spice| jcomponent | components | sandbox] etc... 

As for cloacking, I'll switch it on once I've fixed a couple 
of issues with navigation that I noticed.
