Description:
Currently the extension ".mad" (MetaClass Attribute Data) is used to load metadata for classes/packages. We should consider changing this to something more sensible - especially if we end up supporting multiple formats. Some possible extensions include -meta.xml, -meta.binary, -meta.ser etc
