Lists on Gmane

Both lists - devel and cvs - are now on gmane.org, accessible via the 
group names:

gmane.comp.java.spice.devel
gmane.comp.java.spice.cvs

I've set both to use encryption (devel list previously did not).
Encrypted list simply encrypt the email addresses to help prevent
them being captured by spammers.
You can still email the person whose email address is encrypted,
but gmane will ask you for authentication via a reply.

Let me know if there are any objections to encryptions.
