ThreadPool

Hiya,

ThreadPool now passes unit tests on unix. If someone could send the standard 
output of failures under windows including the output when you hit ctrl-break 
if it looks like it has hanged then we can get it closer to being released. I 
will will put together some phoenix/loom config files and make sure it still 
deploys today.

It would be really kool if someone filled out the remaining javadoc in the 
impl package ;)
