The problem is in the testLogKitLoggerStoreFactoryWithSpecifiedClassLoader()

comment the line
         Thread.currentThread().setContextClassLoader( null );

and all automagically goes back to normal
(well I did miss out the config in that test which is now in place :-)

What I find strange is that it works for the InitialLoggerStoreFactory 
test and not here.
Can you nullify the ClassLoader only once?

Anyway, commented it out (left TODO for understanding it) and now it 
passes it.  The specified classloader will take precedence over the
context one, so the validity of the test holds.
