Clover oddities

Hi,

was adding unit test coverage to salt and checking it with clover.
I found the oddest thing happening - the clover cloverage does not seem 
to reflect the unit test written.
Some clover reports show 0% coverage while there are most definitely tests.
Also, this behaviour does not seem to be reproducible systematically.
At times I've been able to get the (seemingly) correct coverage -
at least more realistic.
Note that in all cases I've done a maven clean before hand.

Anybody encountered this before?
