Description:
Currently LoggerStore uses the Avalon Logger facade to return loggers. We should convert to using DNA Logger facades. For the moment we should just copy the Avalon->DNA and DNA->Avalon facades into the LoggerStore project. In the future we can centralize the DNA/Avalon compatability later.
