Refactored as follows: 

- separated api from impl of stores and factories 
(independent of DNA conversion but makes for cleaner
understanding of loggerstore)
- converted to use DNA logger in place of Avalon logger
- Avalon logger left in only for LogKitStore/Factory
as it has a knock-on dependendy for other A-F methods.
- created a util.AvalonLogger facade for DNA as a 
temporary essential fix.  But should be moved into 
the DNA-Avalon conversion package along with the other
classes (Configuration, etc ...).  No TestCase written
for AvalonLogger until we decide how/where to write
conversion package.

Version 1.0-b2-dev deployed to http://spice.sf.net/maven/jcomponent/jars

Description:
Currently LoggerStore uses the Avalon Logger facade to return loggers. We should convert to using DNA Logger facades. For the moment we should just copy the Avalon->DNA and DNA->Avalon facades into the LoggerStore project. In the future we can centralize the DNA/Avalon compatability later.
