loggerstore release

Hi,

I've been trying to complete the clover coverage on loggerstore
(see http://spice.sourceforge.net/loggerstore/clover/index.html)
but there is a test case that seems to be difficult to test,
ie when the context classloader is null for the LogKitLoggerStoreFactory.
This is because by the setting the context classloader to null
the jaxp classes are not found anymore.
I haven't been able to find a way around this.

Any ideas are gratefully appreciated.  But if we can't find a
solution soon, and given the clover coverage is > 99% I would
propose to release loggerstore-1.0.

Thoughts?
