Summary pages

Hiya,

I would like to replace the summary information in the LH column with a link
to a summary page. ie Rather than having

Components
  - NetServe
  - ThreadPool
  - Salt
  - ...
Sandbox
  - MetaClass
  - XInvoke
  - ...

in navigation we would instead have either a single summary page that is
linked from navigation thats something like

Components:

NetServe - <insert short description>

<insert long description>

ThreadPool - <insert short description>

<insert long description>
...

(Maybe separate pages for sandbox and non-sandbox code).


The reason for this is that anytime there is a new component or old
component gets nuked every components docs needs to be updated which is
really annoying. With new version only a singl page needs to be regenerated.

Thoughts? Volunteers?
