moved to codehaus..

cvs has been moved to codehaus, dunno how 'fresh' it was..

i also deployed a copy of the site, http://spice.codehaus.org/ ... the 
component pages didn't make it.. 'maven site' at the root didn't do a 
deploy, and 'maven site:deply' in site/ didn't pick up the other 
pieces.
