Migrating components to org.codehaus.spice

Hi,

I've started migrating components to org.codehaus.spice namespace.

I've done the 3 from components/ which were in the org.jcomponent 
namespace - loggerstore, netserve and threadpool.

I've given them a beta version as they just need to finalise
test coverage.

Jars are deployed in http://dist.codehaus.org/spice/jars
and sites deployed too.
