Retire Converter?

Hiya,

AFAIK there is no public or OSS project using spice-converter. As a result I
would like to archive it and then retire it. It would still be made
available (much like spice-cli is) but we wouldn't offer any guarentee of
maintanence etc. Basically I would want to do this so we can focus spice to
a greater degree.
