[spice-dev] Event Related Packages

Hi,

I was thinking that it is time I removed the following dirs from spice.

sandbox/event
sandbox/netevent
sandbox/timeevent
sandbox/packet

They were part of code I was developing for a compoany. Now that I have 
left the company I don't intend to maintain the code and they are 
maintaining their own separate copy. As such I think it would be best to 
send it to the void.

Anyone have any objections?
