Okay I just reworked it to use jsl (which is like xsl but implemented runs via jelly). Fixed this and found a bunch more bugs in mavenm ;( Ohwell .. everything seems to work now but the only problem is that you can not use the reactor to generate the sites but have to generate each site individually. The reason is that the checkstyle license header does not seem to resolve properly. It seems it is relative to the working directory rather than the directory of the project.xml which sucks.
