Really?  When I performed a diff, the only changes I could see for 90%
of the files were the license header and package name check.  Although I
assume this is also largely because you had a copy of the repo before
donating it to Apache and it hasn't changed that much.

The pieces that looked like they were forked from avalon land were:

CLI
Converter
JNDIKit
InfoMover
DeeBee?  (It looks similar to AvalonDB)

No problem with the forks, I just want to make sure we are in compliance
with the ASL so there aren't any problems in the future.
