SSHVnc: parameter vncHostDisplay is ignored

As far as I can tell, vncHostDisplay is ignored. When the page loads
and the connection dialog comes up, the host foo1 is set correctly under
the Host tab, but under the VNC Settings tab, the host and port are
localhost and 5900 instead of foo2 and 5951.

I tried "foo2:5951" and "foo2:51", and neither seems to make any difference.

If I set showConnectionDialog to false and enter my username and
password, I get the error "Could not establish a connection to host:
Failed to read messages."
