"RESTART","ALLOCATE","APPEND "
in SFTP **

Dose SftpClient supports "RESTART (REST)" , "ALLOCATE (ALLO)"
"APPEND(APPE)" commands ?

Also have look on the topic "ERROR RECOVERY AND RESTART" in the same
link For usage of "RESTART" command.
