j2ssh authentication problem -- help needed

Hi, I am new to j2ssh. I am trying to execute the SftpConnect / PasswordConnect example to connect to a remote server. Its able to connect but after user and passwd prompts , output result is always 2 (FAILED)and exits. Iam running client in win 2k and ssh server is on sun solaris. i am able to connect to the same server using openssh by doing ssh user@host and then entering password.
