what I meant by that was if the source has a licence header which states
LGPL, I'm not totally convinced that you can override that in a LICENCE
file, or on sourceforge, or by referencing messages on the forums, what
matters (to me), is what licence is actually stated in the source itself,
actually, I'm more convinced that the source declaration overrides all
others.  If Lee (the project owner) wanted to relicence, he _should_ have
rewritten all the files affected by the relicencing to reflect this, if he
did not, then my intentions would be to follow the source licence and forget
about everything else.  It's a tricky situation to be in, but without the
source to hand, I'm just going to lay my opinion on that out there, I might
be of course talking into the wind, because this situation doesnt exist, I'm
just going from what Jason said, but if he is wrong, then I'm wrong too and
I take back what I said, but if jason's situation does in fact exist, I'd be
more inclined to follow this approach.  Unless a good reason to follow
another is given
