Error using 2 tree menus with Velocity Displayer on same page

Hi Matt,
I am displaying 2 trees on the same page using struts-menu and the Velocity displayer.  Both menus are defined in menu-config.xml.  I am seeing a problem when trying to expand/collapse parts of each tree.  Displaying each tree separately works fine but trying expand/collapse 2 trees on the same page doesn't work - the expand actions are ignored.  I've read your info at http://raibledesigns.com/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=StrutsMenu and confirmed that the struts-menu-2.3 (source) does infact use velocity's webapp resource loader.  Is there another fix to this problem that I am missing?  I am using struts-menu-2.3.
