Default styl;ing in TabbedMenu

Hi I've been using struts menu version 2.1. I want to have a page setup so that it has a banner at the top of the page with the tabs below the banner. However when I set this up, the submenus below each tab appear so that they are obscuring the banner, and are not as expected, below the appropriate tab. Is there anyway to change this behavior by updating the style sheet info?
