Yes - deleting of a menu could (most likely) easily be added.  It's 
pretty easy to modify the source if you'd like to grab it from CVS.  
Just edit the MenuRepository class.

Tabs are tricky - you might checkout Struts Resume (search for it on 
google), I'm using tabs in it with cookie and URL matching and it seems 
to work fairly well.
