isAllowed modifications causing blank screen for coolmenu4

Thanks for reading my mail.

I have a small error while using coolmenu4 with permissionform.jsp and
permissionMenu.jsp. I made some changed to the isAllowed method so that all
the checkboxes clicked on permissionform.jsp would be displayed. The new
modified isAllowed works fine with coolMenu and menuList but when I use it
with coolmenu4 it displays a blank screen.

My code for isAllowed :

public boolean isAllowed(MenuComponent menu) {

boolean retVal = true;
if(menu.getUrl() != null)
{
if(menuNames.contains(menu.getName()))
{
retVal = true;
} // inner if ends
else
retVal = false;
} // outer if ends

return retVal;
} // isAllowed ends.


Please any suggestion as how to make changes to isAllowed so that all the
checkboxes on permissionForm.jsp would be visible would be very highly
appreciated. Please any isAllowed method that you might have developed which
works if you are willing to share please send it to me
