thanks for your help :)

I tried to set up the cache and it did a trick, so things are much 
better now (2-3x faster), so I gonna try to implement your solution on 
my system during the next couple of weeks.

I suppose it's gonna be quite tricky, because my struts menu is 
completely generated from the Database using Hibernate... but we will see :)
